I have today inspected the new gates, and would like to thank you for the very high standard of work evident on the gates. The quality of the joints and finishing is admirable, and regrettably rare. The operation of the gate is very light, which is ideal for the elderly tenants. The gates add the final touch to the scheme and I am delighted with the quality.

My magnifying glass which is by way of being an heirloom, has been greatly admired since you refurbished it. It puts me in mind of a saying you may know that Sir Henry Royce was fond of “whatever is rightly done however humble is noble”
