Joseph Percival & Company has been established in Stockport for over 100 years and is now in the 5th generation of both ownership and management by the same family.
We have been working with metal since the company was formed originally as Millwrights in the late 1800’s by Joseph Percival; the founder and Great/ Great-Great Grandfather of the current management team, Tony, Ian and Alan Percival.
However, following WW2 the company changed direction under the guidance of Alan Raymond Percival, the grandson of Joseph, to embrace the then relatively new technology of electric welding. This transition led us on the road to become the well-established and respected Metal Fabricators and Architectural Metalworkers that we are today.
Working in both ferrous and non-ferrous metals we pride ourselves on our flexibility, versatility and determination to get it right; first time, on time every time. Our aim is to consistently exceed both our existing and our potential customer’s expectations, ensuring they are fully satisfied with the products, delivery and customer service they receive.
This “BEST VALUE” philosophy has served us well over the years ensuring continuity of clients, with well-developed customer relations and a number of successful partnering arrangements in place. This has led to the majority of new business being generated from generous personal recommendations via, existing satisfied and happy customers.
